KR AGILUS is a 6 DOF Industrial Robot. It has a small payload capabilitiy up to 6 kg. We conduct research on human-robot interaction. Robotics and robot programming classes are being held using KR AGILUS.
TurtleBot is a low-cost, personal robot kit with open-source software (ROS). TurtleBot can drive around your house, see in 3D, and have enough horsepower to create exciting applications. The main hardware includes: iRobot Create, Microsoft Kinect, a Laptop, and TurtleBot Structure.
DARwIn-OP is a miniature-humanoid-robot platform with advance computational power, sophisticated sensors, high payload capacity, and dynamic motion ability to enable many exciting research, education, and outreach activities. DARwIn-OP is a true open platform where users are encouraged to modify it in both hardware and software, and various software implementations are possible (C++, Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, etc.) The open source hardware is not only user serviceable thanks to its modular design, but also can be fabricated by the user. Publicly open CAD files for all of its parts, and instructions manuals for fabrication and assembly are available on-line for free.
